I became a patient of Dr. Poole's approximately 2 years ago when I moved to South Carolina. I am a big baby when it comes to going to the Dentist. I have a lot of dental issues so I visit quite often. It was very important to me to find a Dentist that was caring and understanding. When searching, I took the time to read the google reviews for multiple Dentists in the area and Dr. Poole's positive reviews stood out to me the most. I can honestly say that everything I read about Dr. Poole and his staff were spot on! I have experienced it first hand on every single visit which is a LOT in just 2 years! In all my years of going to a Dentist and I am 56 years old, I have never had a Dentist call me to check on how I was doing the next day after going through a long procedure until I became a patient of Dr. Poole's. He has checked on me multiple times and each time I hang up, I think to myself how lucky I am to have such a caring doctor. It amazes me that he takes the time out of his busy day to show that kind of compassion. His kindness extends to veterans and mission trips around the world to help others. His assistant's are all kind and caring as well. Who gets a pillow and a blanket offered to them when you go to the Dentist?!?! I do! Dr. Poole's staff always makes you feel welcomed and they want to make sure that you are comfortable during your visit. My hygienist is just beyond amazing. Andrea is very gentle with me and understanding. The front desk help is equally as kind. All the employees there are just wonderful human beings that all display kindness, caring, compassion and understanding. You cannot go wrong by choosing Dr. Poole and his staff for your dental care!!! A big THANK YOU to ALL for taking such good care of me each and every time I am there.

I would highly recommend Dr. Poole. He and his staff were pleasant and professional. They made me feel welcome and comfortable on my very first visit. He removed an old crown and root, pain free. He personally called that evening to make sure I was alright. I never had any pain from this procedure. On my second visit, I had my teeth cleaned, the hygienist was so nice and very thorough. Everyone in the office is so friendly, they really make you feel right at home.

Outstanding dental experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made it a point to remember who I was. Kendra’s sunny disposition made it hard not to smile. The facility was both spotless and chic. My dentist, Dr. Poole, was not only personable, but also genuine. You can tell right away he is exceptionally experienced in what he does. As someone who has always feared the dentist; I highly recommend Dr. Poole! I originally scheduled with Dr Poole for cosmetic veneers; he not only did an AMAZING job, but his office staff was always welcoming and friendly! I love my new smile, and am beyond grateful for finding Dr Poole! In addition to veneers, both my son (he is 8) and I have had routine cleaning, and misc. dental work completed…I always feel so welcome! I recently visited Dr. Poole's office for a routine cleaning and I'm so glad I did! The office staff was friendly and welcoming and the dentist was very professional and knowledgeable.
